LITERATURE NIGHT 2012
The Czech Centre Warsaw has scheduled this year’s Literature Night for the 16th of May 2012
 
In connection with the 125th jubilee of the birth of Josef Čapek, the Czech Centre Warsaw decided to dedicate this year’s Literature Night to the brothers Karel and Josef Čapek. Apart from an exhibition called ‘Josef Čapek – Painter, Poet and Writer’, prepared in cooperation with the Museum of Karel Čapek, the visitors will enjoy reading from the two brothers’ works in Polish translations. In the evening there will be an opportunity to watch a movie about Josef Čapek with Polish subtitles. The entire event will take place in the Czech Centre Warsaw.
