The former Terezian granary built on the order by Maria Theresa in 1773 was rebuilt into the Neo-Baroque style at the beginning of the of the last century. It was one of the first buildings in Bratislava with a reinforced concrete construction. It has been the seat of the Slovakian Philharmonic Orchestra since the 1950s.
