Petra Hůlová

Novelist Petra Hůlova was born on the 12th of July 1979 in Prague. She graduated from the Philosophical Faculty of the Charles University, Prague where she attended cultural and Mongolian studies. Among others, she lived in Mongolia and the USA. She now lives in Prague.
Ferdinand Peroutka
Translation:
Ferdinand Peroutka was a novelist, essayist, playwright and noted Czech political journalist of the 20th century. He lived in the exile since 1948.
Pavel Kohout
Translation:
The renowned playwright, poet and a novelist, Pavel Kohout, was not allowed to publish in the Czechoslovakia after 1968. He has lived in Austria since 1978.
