Divadlo z Pasáže is a professional community theatre and the only one, that  works with disabled people in Slovakia. Its activities have supported the cultural, artistic and social area in Bánska Bystrica since 1995.
The theatre has undergone a development profiling thus its professional artistic ensemble consisting of actors with various disabilities. Apart from the artistic message the performances also have a deep humanity meaning. It is a community theatre for people who need real support, a form of theatre for the repressed ones.  It was founded to help fight the oppression of the weaker and sensitive and to change the society, which causes such oppression.
