Puppet Theatre Žilina resides at the premises of the former building of the Jewish gym and sporting club Makabi. A general reconstruction in 1959 has changed it into technically the most modern “stone” theatre in Slovakia. At present is the theatre waiting for a reconstruction, this fact offering one of the latest possibilities to look into its secret spaces.
