The aim of this provocative book is nothing lesser than to give a concise history of time in 150 pages. The history of man since he crawled from the sea until the time he used the atomic bomb resembles a grotesque farce. This is underlined by the playful language which does not even attempt to conceal the omnipresent sarcasm.
