A collection of short stories of a young Canadian author offers a series of portraits of modern life. The leitmotif here is the theme of searching for love and an emotional relationship and the question remains open whether such ideals are  at all feasible in today’s fast-paced world where egoistic individualism overules the values of a true relationship.
