The Czech Centre in Munich presented a successful novel of a young Czech writer and scholar of fine art Kateřina Tučková “Vyhnáni Gerty Schnirch” (Expulsion of Gerta Schnirch). Extracts from the book which comes back to the post war expulsion of Germans from the Czech Republic were presented by the author herself in the Sudeten-German house. The reading was accompanied by a preview from a film which draws inspiration from the ideas presented in the novel.
